Boston, MA, December 14, 2015 -- Acadian Asset Management LLC, a firm specializing in active global and international investing, has been named one of the 2015 “Best Places to Work in Money Management” by Pensions & Investments. The annual ranking appeared in the publication’s December 14th issue, where Acadian placed among the top five firms in the “100 to 499 Employees” category.
“We’re honored to be recognized by Pensions & Investments as one of the best places to work in money management,” said Churchill Franklin, CEO of Acadian. “This achievement underscores our commitment to fostering a culture based on collaboration and transparency that attracts and retains the right talent, inspires our employee base, and ultimately, allows us to provide unmatched service to our clients.”
Pensions & Investments, in partnership with the survey group Buck Consultants LLC, calculated the 2015 Best Place to Work rankings based on the results of two different surveys. The first was a brief survey completed by each firm that outlined benefits, pay and hiring practices. Employees completed the second survey, which included questions related to culture, compensation, career development and engagement. Employee survey responses accounted for 60 percent of an organization’s score and employer survey responses accounted for 40 percent.”
