Acadian Asset Management

	Dr. Gary L. Bergstrom, Ph.D, Chairman Gary has 40 years of continuous experience in global investing, including the launch of the Putnam International Fund in 1971, Gary founded Acadian in 1977. He has a Ph.D from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he also taught at the Sloan School of Management.
	Ronald D. Frashure, CFA, President and Co-CIO Ron has been with Acadian since 1988 and has over 35 years of investment experience including 17 years at Putnam as Director of Asset Allocation. Widely published on financial topics, Ron is a graduate of MIT and Harvard Business School.
	John R. Chisholm, CFA, Executive Vice President and Co-CIO John joined Acadian in 1984 and as co-CIO is responsible for oversight of portfolio management and research efforts. Formerly a systems engineer at Draper Laboratories and an analyst for State Street Bank and Trust, he holds a BS and an MBA from MIT.
	Churchill G. Franklin, Executive Vice President Churchill joined Acadian in 1987 and is responsible for all marketing and client service. He is a former assistant treasurer of Thermo Electron Corporation. A graduate of Middlebury College, he serves on the college’s investment committee and was previously Chair of the Board.
	James A. Wylie, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Marketing Jim is global head of marketing and a senior product specialist. He joined the firm in 2002 with a strong industry background that includes roles at Blackstone Group, Barclays Global Investors and Salomon Brothers. He has a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from Duke University.
	Brian K. Wolahan, CFA, Director of Alternative Strategies Responsible for developing quantitative research techniques as co-director of research, Brian joined Acadian in 1990 after working for Bank of New England and Mars Inc. He holds a BA from Lehigh University and an MBA from MIT.
	Raymond F. Mui, MBA, Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager Raymond joined Acadian in 1991 and specializes in the development of equity investment strategies. Formerly a member of the senior technical staff at Hughes Aircraft, he holds degrees from the University of Michigan, California State and Boston University.
	Mark J. Minichiello, Chief Financial Officer Mark is responsible for oversight of financial accounting and reporting, human resources, compliance and risk management, and other corporate functions. He joined Acadian in 2000 after roles at United Asset Management and Old Mutual. He holds a BS in accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
